Set-Out Survey

A set-out survey is the first step in the construction phase of any project. This is where we transfer the architectural design from paper into reality, placing offset pegs to the exact location of the proposed buildings. From these pegs, builders can precisely mark out foundations and form concrete slabs for construction to begin.

We also carry-out boundary set-out surveys where we place pegs or nails at the exact boundary corners of a property. These marks can also be placed at offsets for the construction of fences and retaining walls to ensure they are not lost during construction.
